Built for businesses people love
Your customers already rave about you. Just not where it counts.
Salons, cafés, clinics, shops, trades, studios. The compliments happen in person every day — TestimonialCollect catches them before they walk out the door.

Type like a customer. See what you get.
This is what your customer does after tapping the link — and what lands in your dashboard a moment later, ready for you to approve.

Preview uses a simple formatter. The real product uses AI that fixes typos without changing what your customer meant — and nothing publishes until you approve it.
How was your visit?
The moment after the handshake. That’s when you ask.
People are most ready to say something right after a visit — and most likely to forget by tomorrow. TestimonialCollect sends the ask while the good feeling is fresh.
- Visit endsYou add the customer’s phone or email in a few taps.
- Same dayThey get a friendly text or email in your words, with a one-tap link. No app, no login.
- 30 secondsThey pick a star rating and write a few sentences.
- Moments laterAI fixes typos and pulls out a short quote. You approve it, and it’s live on your site.
- A few days laterNo answer? One polite reminder — then it stops.
One testimonial, ready everywhere
Said once. Seen everywhere.
Each testimonial comes back as a clean full quote, a punchy one-liner, a short case-study blurb and a social caption — and drops into your website widget once you publish it.
- Full quote for your website
- One-liner for ads and flyers

Included — AI Sizzle Reels
Your best testimonials, as a 60-second reel.
Click Generate and it builds a reel from your five most recent approved testimonials. AI picks the strongest line from each and writes the captions; your browser turns them into a ready-to-post vertical video for Reels, TikTok or Facebook.

Also included
Proof people can trust.
Included with TestimonialCollect at $79 per location. The tags show which parts need a connection.
Verified-customer badges
After someone submits, TestimonialCollect looks for proof they really were your customer: a Stripe or Square payment, a completed PreventNoShows appointment, or a visit on their customer record. If it finds one, your widget shows “✓ Verified customer · paid Aug 2026”, with the month only, never the amount or the service.
Video testimonials, in the browser
Customers can add a short video (up to 60 seconds) right from their phone’s browser, with no app. It’s kept only if they tick “may show my video”; otherwise it’s deleted when they submit. Videos are stored privately and go on your site only after you approve them.
Google-safe ask checker
Every ask is checked against 8 rules drawn from Google’s review policies and the FTC before it’s saved or sent: no rewards for reviews, no happy-customers-only steering, no asking for a star rating, no scripted keywords, and more. Blocked wording comes with a plain-English reason so you can fix it.
Start your wall with Google reviews
If your Google profile is connected through TheAutoReply, TestimonialCollect imports your newest 4–5★ Google reviews that have text, word for word and labelled “From Google”, and builds a first widget, so your wall isn’t empty on day one. Imported reviews are never edited or tidied by AI.
Asks everyone the same way
Everyone who gives feedback, at any star rating, is invited to post on Google too. When your widget shows only some testimonials, it says so and shows your average across every rating you received.
Text consent, built in
Asks by text go only to customers whose consent you’ve recorded (you note how they agreed), only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. your time, and STOP is honored for your business. You also get an e-mail, or a text to your own phone, when a testimonial arrives.
Verification uses records already in your account. It can’t confirm every customer, and testimonials without the badge still show normally. The ask checker is a guide based on published policies, not legal advice.

Senja and Testimonial.to cost less, and Vocal Video is built around video. TestimonialCollect is built for the counter: it texts customers after they pay, asks everyone the same way, and you approve every word.
As of September 2026. Competitor prices come from each company’s pricing page or, where marked “reported”, from third-party pricing write-ups; plans change, so check before you buy. Sources: Senja pricing · Senja changelog · Testimonial.to pricing · Vocal Video pricing.

FAQ
Questions owners ask first.

Will my customers actually respond?
Many will if you ask at the right moment. In BrightLocal’s 2026 survey, 78% of consumers were asked for a review in the past year and 65% wrote one after being asked. TestimonialCollect makes the ask the same day, keeps it to about 30 seconds, and follows up once.
Does the AI change what my customers said?
No. It fixes typos and grammar and pulls out a short quote, and it’s instructed never to add facts. You see the cleaned-up version before approving, and nothing goes on your site until you say so.
Can I use testimonials in ads?
Only in ways that reflect the customer’s real, honest experience — the FTC requires that. If you plan to use someone’s name or words in paid ads, it’s good practice to ask them first.
Should I only ask my happy customers?
No — ask everyone the same way. Google doesn’t allow “review gating” (steering only happy customers to post publicly), and the FTC’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews targets suppressing negative ones. Read our plain-English guide.
Do customers need to download anything?
No. They tap a link in a text or email, pick a star rating, write a few sentences and hit submit. No app, no account.
How does the website widget work?
Pick a layout (grid, carousel, list, wall or badge), your colors and how many to show, and see a live preview. Then paste one line of code into your website once. Every testimonial you approve and publish appears there automatically. “Check my site” tells you if it’s installed.
How many texts can I send?
50 texts a day per location are included (10 a day during the free trial). Email requests aren’t capped. Busy season? Add a text pack or turn on pay-as-you-go from your billing page.
Can I cancel? Are there contracts?
No contracts and no setup fees, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Cancel from your dashboard anytime, in two clicks.
What does it cost?
$79 per month per location, after a 14-day free trial (card required; no charge until day 15). Or pay yearly: $790 a year, which is 2 months free. No setup fees, no contract, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Bundles that include it: Reputation Duo $149/mo, Front Desk $279/mo, FrontDesk Complete $399/mo. More than one location? 20% off locations 2–5 and 30% off 6 and up: email hello@frontdeskglobal.com and we’ll set it up.
What is the Founding 50?
Our first 50 businesses pay $59 a month instead of $79 and get a setup call with our founder. The offer ends December 31, 2026 or when the 50 seats are taken, whichever comes first. Your founding price stays the same while your subscription stays active on the same or a higher plan. It covers the plan as it is today, including its texts. Canceling, or a lapse of more than 30 days, ends it. Not combined with annual billing.
Can it ask automatically after someone pays?
Yes. Connect Stripe (with a read-only key) or Square in Integrations. New payers appear in your Ready to ask list, and you send the requests with one tap. No Zapier needed. For texts, you record once how each customer agreed to get texts; e-mail asks don’t need that step.
Do customers record video?
Yes, if they want to. On the feedback page they can add a video of up to 60 seconds straight from their phone’s browser, with no app. It’s kept only if they tick “may show my video”, and it appears on your site only after you approve it. Most customers will still just write a few sentences, which takes about 30 seconds.
Do customers agree before I share their words?
Yes. The feedback form has two opt-in boxes, both unticked: one to allow sharing on your website or social media, and one to show their name. If they don’t allow sharing, the testimonial can’t be published. If they don’t allow their name, it shows as “Verified customer”.
Why not a cheaper testimonial tool?
If you sell online and are happy wiring up e-mail and Zapier, Senja ($29) or Testimonial.to ($25) may be all you need. TestimonialCollect is for local businesses: it texts customers for you (texts included), asks every customer the same way, and puts approved quotes on your site.
What does the green “Verified customer · paid” line mean?
It appears only when TestimonialCollect found a record that the person was your customer: a payment in your connected Stripe or Square, a completed PreventNoShows appointment, or a visit on their customer record. It shows the month only. Testimonials without it still show normally.
Can I import my Google reviews?
Yes, if your Google profile is connected through TheAutoReply. Your newest 4–5★ Google reviews with text are copied word for word, labelled “From Google”, and never edited. Your dashboard numbers count only testimonials customers gave you directly.
Someone loved you today. Let them say so.
